The bakers at Bread 41, which helped kickstart the sourdough craze by giving out free starter packs and have once again reintroduced this for the latest Phase 5 Lockdown and will be giving out free starter from their Dublin bakery while Eoin has put also bread how-to videos which can be viewed below, and we will take questions from home bakers on Instagram when we can.
