An enriched dough made using off cuts from our croissant shaping process, to ensure nothing goes to waste! It is rolled and spread with a rich cinnamon butter. Once baked it is topped with a sharp cream cheese icing and finished with orange zest.

Oak Forest Mill’s Spelt flour is used for this short crust pastry. The Poptart's are filled with vanilla crème patisserie and raspberry jam, both made from scratch in house. Once baked they are then topped with a citrus icing and finished with sprinkles.

Exactly what it says on the tin! Our signature laminated dough folded and knotted, baked to a beautiful golden and topped with house made butterscotch and finished with some flaky Maldon salt.
